3m Manual Site Access Barrier

The 3m Site Access Barrier provides a simple and effective way to control vehicle access to construction sites, compounds, yards and other restricted areas. Its 3 metre barrier arm makes it particularly suitable for smaller entrances and access points where a longer barrier is not required.

Designed for frequent manual operation, the barrier uses gas-assisted dampers to make raising and lowering the arm easier for the operator. The gas-assisted design removes the need for traditional counterweights and allows the barrier to be operated with a one-handed movement.

Ergonomic grip handles further assist operation, making this a practical solution for sites where vehicle access may need to be controlled repeatedly throughout the working day.

Fixings

For the standard bolt-down installation, M16 anchor shield bolts are included, with M12 fixings for the end rest.

A root-fixed (concrete-in) version is also available as an option where required.

Locking

The barrier can be secured in both the open and closed positions. An external padlock with a 60mm long shackle and three keys is supplied.

End Rest Options

A lockable end rest is supplied as standard and supports the barrier arm when it is in the lowered position.

Alternatively, the barrier can be specified with an adjustable-height Pogo Tip Support. This support rises with the barrier arm and can be selected from the product options above.

Colour Options

The standard barrier colour is red and white.

Alternative colour combinations are also available:

• Yellow (RAL 1023) / Black
• Blue (RAL 5010) / White
• Green (RAL 6005) / White
